ENTRY FEES
The fee per entry is £190 + VAT @ 15% (£218.50) except for the Newcomer category which is £45 + VAT @ 15% (£51.75).
Entries will not be accepted into the competition until payment has been received and this should be no later than Friday, 29 May 2009.
You may submit your entry into more than one category, providing that each individual entry into each individual category is accompanied by a separate entry form, supporting information, entry fee and five DVD viewing copies. PAYMENT |

CHECKLIST
Your entry should be accompanied by the following: |

five copies of the entry on DVD (PAL single sided (region 0 or region 2 – for mass-pressed DVD media) or DVD - R (for burned DVD media), clearly labelled with the programme and category entered for all entries. In exceptional circumstances, PAL VHS may be entered, but only with the prior agreement of the awards office |

if the film is not in English, a translation or subtitled version must be supplied |

CV or résumé including all previous production credits and the names and contact details of two referees, from within the industry, who are prepared to confirm your newcomer status |
